Macys is God awful

The sheets arrived bunched up and upside down in the clear packing. It was evident that the sheets were either used or some problem existed to return them. Either way it is unacceptable to resale products in such a condition and not disclose to potential buyers. I wrote to customer service about this matter but never received a response. I returned them for a full refund. I’m so tried of the bad service, poor quality products and lack of professional leadership. The president of Macys should have been removed long ago instead of running the chain in to the ground. The Macys name use to be synonymous with quality and luxury. Now the stores have nasty carpet, lacks personnel on the floor, ugly and poorly made clothes, shoes, linens, etc.

Soft but Not Durable

Nice feel, but not very durable. My Sam’s 1000 thread count sheets are better.

Bad bedding

My bedding arrived with a large stain. The sheets are filthy and dirty. I do not recommend this product.

Too much pilling

This sheets were terrible. They had so much lint in the dryer I couldn't believe it! I bought this brand before and never had this problem. I am going to return them.
