Poor fabric quality - not good at all

Love the style but it felt like cratchy cardboard - tried to wash it to soften it - not helpful. I was truly disappointed as many of my pj sets are from Macys and I never had this poor quality of fabric before. Sorry I bought it but cannot return - it was a final sale Last Act item..
