Lazy

I have tried 3 separate times, twice on line and once via phone with a person. I ordered an LA Dodgers item each time. Each time my basket showed the correct item. Each time my tracking showed the correct item. The email showing me my item was arriving had the incorrect item and the incorrect item arrived. I returned all three and used MLB’s official site, paid more but at least I received the correct item. I’m contemplating cancelling my Macy’s card. This same “service” has happened twice for different items in the past two months. Disappointing
