Other occasion to buy:Terrible customer service

Terrible Experience

I ordered a Detroit shirt, or at least that was what was in my cart. After the order, maybe 30 minutes later, I looked at the confirmation email and saw a San Diego shirt was being sent by mistake. Immediately called customer service who told me that I missed the 15-minute window to cancel the order. This was two days ago. Order still hasn't shipped but I still have to go through the hassle of returning it to the store instead of cancel and re-order after it is received. Never shopping here again.
