Don’t waste your money. They don’t stay in place under your heel but slide around under your foot.

Not good!

Good item

Good item, comfy gel, just not as thigh as I expected. I’m on my feet 9 hrs/day so they’re helpful.

made my flats comfy

You can interchange these between shoes. The only downside is that(even with cleaning as suggested) these do not stay in place well in my flats. Sometimes I have to readjust throughout the day. They help keep my feet from getting fatigued at the end of the day.
