Missing knives & Some not fitting in the block

Just as the title says, I have one missing knife, my kitchen scissors are missing and two of my larger knives don't fit in their slots. They are very pretty, but Im very dissapointed this is even a possibility.

HAND WASH ONLY AND THEY'LL LAST BEAUTIFULLY

These are hand-wash only. If you put them in the dishwasher they will rust. Take care to dry them and put them back in the wooden block. When I got them home I sharpened them with my electric sharpener (I do this with all my new knives) and then was washed and dried them by hand. They are beautiful and will last a long time if you take care of them properly.

Disappointed

I bought this set 2 weeks ago. Several of the knives are already rusting.
