Space saving, truly non-stick, and even cooking!

I own several Farberware pieces and can attest to their longevity. I got the 4-piece saucepan set (2-quart and 4-quart with lids) to replace an old set. I chose the Neat Nest set foremost because of its non-stick finish and the construction on the bottom of the pans to distribute heat evenly. Additionally, its space saving characteristic sealed the deal for me. It’s such an interesting concept; the handle of the pots has a hook to latch onto other Neat Nest pots. The lids act as a convenient base when saucepans are nested inside each other; a smaller lid “nests” in the space between the two pots and the larger lid simply rests on top of large pot. Most importantly is that the finish is not scratched when they are “nested”. These lids are transparent and flat; they have a modern look and feel to them. I like that I can monitor whatever I am cooking without lifting the lid. The only con I have is that these glass lids can become hot and one must be careful when uncovering because the lid handle is very close to the glass. I highly recommend that you use a dish towel when uncovering. I love to cook yet along with that comes messy dishes. These pots are effortless to clean by hand. Honestly, any stuck-on sauces/foods easily came off with just one sponge wipe. I was very impressed and hope this important feature is long lasting. I also have put the pots in the dishwasher, and they came out good as new! Thus far these pots have lived to my expectations and in time I want to replace my other pots with Neat Nest pots to maximize my cabinet space and look tidier. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves to cook. They would make a great gift!
