Bakeware Pan peeling
Bought this pan because of the max temperature rating. Rated at 450 degrees and I have never used it past 350 degrees. Mostly used below 300 degrees for slow roasting ribs, and briskets and the like. Pan performed as expected until after approximately 12 + times the coating has been peeling in spots on the pan (see attachment). I have always used nonmetal utensils and have never approached the pan's max temperature rating. Will not be buying again.

9x13” cake pan
I have a 9x13” cake pan that is old and dented and it seems now was a good time to replace it. I actually ordered two of these and am very pleased with them!

NO
This pan for angel food cake requires you turn the pan upside down on an oven safe bottle. The hole in the middle of the pan is too small for any bottle. I tried small soda bottle, beer bottle, cider bottle, several shapes & sizes. Did a man who doesn't bake design this pan? Big disappointment . Other than that the weight is heavy duty hopefully the nonstick feature works.
