The dishes are lovely — exactly what I wanted. I bought three sets. However, they went on sale for a significantly lower price the day I received them. I had two very lengthy contacts with Macy’s customer service. After the first contact, I received a price adjustment on one set, not three. After the second contact, I received a price adjustment on the second set. Never did receive a price adjustment on the third set, which was my request all along. I gave up and made no further contact with customer service. The investment of my time at this point has outweighed the benefit of the total price adjustment I requested and did not receive.
There are so many imperfections on these! I definitely would not have purchased these if I had seen them in person.
This set was well worth the wait! Now I wish I would have ordered the cups.
