Arrived damaged

The Macy’s website said delivery within 3-5 days. It was delivered on day 4, so that was the good part of the order. Unfortunately, when I opened up the package, the sweatshirt was already out of the protective plastic and it had a small hole in the left arm! It’s almost like it was a previous customer return. The tiny hole has now gotten bigger with wearing it once for a few hours. Just disappointed as these are NOT cheap sweatshirts and are supposedly supposed to be extremely rugged.
