Runs big

Thin fabric that drapes well. Thought it was belted but actually has sewn in thin tie at waist. By size chart it should have fit perfectly but runs very big, from shoulders to sleeves to torso. (I’m 150lb 5’3 and got size 12. Size 10 would have be ample. Had to return due to size.
