Poor third party order communication

The fleece was good quality but didn’t fit so sent it back. Unfortunately this product came from a third part not directly from Macys so the return process has not been stellar. When trying to return they only offered a return on a Macys gift card not my original purchase credit card. It took several phone calls to arrange the correct credit to my original card. As of this review I have not received it yet. And there has been no communication that they have received the merchandise. This is the last time I will order from Macys.
