Never received

These towels are still in the processing phase since 8/10. It is now 8/19 and nothing has happened. I chatted with customer service, and they were unable to cancel this item and said to refuse or return it when it does arrive. I needed these towels for a gift that now is useless because I had to purchase elsewhere. If there is no tracking information, no shipping, then, are these towels being made? Why I cannot cancel is not a good policy.

Fantastic bath towels

I m very pleased with quality of these towels! I usually order Ralph Lauren! Honestly they are just as good if not better! Thick ness is excellent! I ve washed them twice, no fading! They don’t shed like Lauren’s do!
