Feetures sent these to me

Feetures sent these to me as a replacement for an older pair of worn socks covered under a lifetime warranty (Super!). However, the threads on the inside of the heel tab are sewn poorly and are unraveling before even removing them from the packaging. Looks like they didn't go through quality control. Would like to return for a replacement.

Lifetime Warranty Joke

The socks got holes in them after a year which is typical of many other brands that are way cheaper. Their lifetime warranty is a joke because you have to pay to ship the socks back. So your spending money for more expensive socks that, in the end, function just like cheaper socks. When you send the socks back they give you a gift card, they do not give you a refund option.

Like the sock. However, it

Like the sock. However, it seems to ball-up under the ball of my foot after an hour of running and sweat. It’s weird. Have to stop and wiggle my foot around to get the lump of whatever to move between my toes and ball of foot. Do it more than once. Running in an Ultra Paradigm. Training for Ultra 100 miler. Haven’t used Feetures in a while. Thought I’d try them again.
