Missing Parts

Can't use it. The item arrived without the spray nozzle top but with the cap. And if I want to return it for a refund, I have to waste my time packing it and transporting it to a UPS store. Probably going to be avoiding Macy's for a while.

Not buying again

Makes the hair heavy I love the Coiff Oceanique but unfortunately you don't make it anymore. Please return it!!!!

This is a heat activated product so please make sure you're applying to damp hair before your blowout.

A very unique product

I love using it/ it makes the hair feel thicker and even shiny on the ends. The reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is that, while it works fantastically in humidity, when I used it in the desert, it made my hair flat and a bit stiff. But great in NE and Italy.

Horrid product for my fine, thin hair

Instead of adding volume, my hair was flatter and sticky after blowing it dry. And it doesn't comb out. I ended up throwing the bottle away. Huge disappointment. And, yes, I used it exactly as directed

Not as advertised

I expected to see a difference in my fine hair, especially based on the photo in the ad. What a letdown this was. If anything, it weighed it down and flattened my hair more.

Root Lift did as promised, but it left my hair greasy the secon day requiring a wash everyday instead of every two or three with other products I use.
