Item never received.. marked as delivered

I noticed that the ordered said it was delivered. When I click on the tracking, it shows that the item hasn’t shipped. I did a chat with customer service and was told there are carrier issues and the item will eventually arrive. This is the second time in 2 months that I have had the same issues with shipping.

The fabric is very soft. I really wanted to keep this but it was clingy on the parts of my body I do not want to be clingy so I will be returning this today
