Questionable business practices

Questionable business practices...I bought two of these slips and neither package had any of the tags attached to the slip, they were just placed inside the package on top of the slip. However, if you look at one of the tags, it displays the Exchange/Return policy which clearly states "PLEASE DO NO REMOVE THIS TAG...REMOVAL OF THIS TAG NEGATES ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE". This says to me that the company must have been receive a lot of complains or returns/exchanges so they don't want anyone returning anything because I can confirm that sizes appear to run way too small. But this is not good customer service and creates distrust with the customer who is clearly trying to spend money with your company but just needs the correct size.
