Pretty & soft BUT too delicate for practical use

I love the color and feel BUT two buttons came off the first day I wore the sweater to work. I was able to find the 2nd button when it came off but not the 1st as I didn’t notice it was gone until the 2nd one dropped. Luckily the sweater came with an extra button so I sewed them back on and reinforced the others. Also the first day I wore it, a thread came loose — how I don’t know — but it pulled out about 1 foot. Can’t really fix that. I’m not hard on my clothes. I work in an office and sit mostly at a desk all day. It’s a pretty sweater but too delicate for practical use. I will only use now for dinner or lunch out.
