Love it

Is easy to use, washable, clean very good, I bought one for my mother. I will buy it again. I also remove the dust from my apartment walls and ceiling with it. When I mop the floor I add a few drops of my favorite essential oil and apartment feels extra clean.

Missing the Mop Plate from this 3piece Microfiber Cleaning Kit. Will I receive another one from you or do I need to return it to Macy's Store?

with this mop you don't need to sweep it's fabulous picks up all the dander dog hair dust bunnies everything it's fabulous
