Broken

In less than one year my handles on over 1/2 of a 12 place setting set had broken or cracked. Macy’s did allow me to exchange the items for a different set.

These do not last

About a year ago I bought 2 multi-colored sets of this flatware (service for 4 in each set). Now they have started to break. One fork and one spoon have broken so far. I would not recommend this product. Although I love the colors and love how they look with my Fiestaware dishes. I will see if they are covered under the warrantee but my guest threw out the fork when it broke on him.

Enjoy them

I love that I found a red set of utensils and they were on sale at the time I purchased it but when I went back on Macy’s site to order more they were no longer available. Overall I’m happy with my purchase of except that the handles on the spoon are getting white the more I use then in my hot tea each morning.

Poor quality

I've had this flatware for 7 years and after a few years the metal attachments started to break off. Now I have about 20 pieces that I have collected after throwing out others that were broken. i'm sending in for warranty replacement. Only good thing is they are covered for 25 years according to the Fiestaware website.

Poorly made

My place setting handles are all crooked they did not last washing them in my dish washer, also the rings that connect the hand to the spoon also cracked. Not a good product, where can I send them back to and have them replaced?
