Beautiful Colors, Classic Quality, Built to Last

I ordered the Fiesta Wear 3-piece place setting. The different colors and they are absolutely gorgeous. The colors are rich and vibrant, even prettier in person, and they mix beautifully together with my other setd. The piece feel solid and well-made, not flimsy at all, which gives me confidence these will last for years. This is one of those purchases that feels both fun and practical. I’m genuinely happy with the quality and the look.

Extremely Disappointed

I had not ordered from the factory in a very long time and now I remember why ---- they pay zero attention to requests. I asked for pieces with decent glaze marks (concentric rings) if possible. The pieces I got (11) all have the faintest glaze marks I have ever seen on Fiesta pieces, with some that can't be seen at all. They are obviously sending out their bottom of the barrel junk pieces.
