12 inch bowl

I absolutely love the 12 inch bowls. Great for pasta, Nachos, soups . The rim allows you to put a biscuit or crackers on the rim.

Must-have for your dinnerware collection

The Classic Rim 9-inch Soup Bowl is a wonderful addition to any Fiesta dinnerware collection. Indeed, it is a lovely way to serve soup, with a wide rim to grasp and handle the bowl, no sloshing and no drips. But also, this bowl makes a lovely presentation for a salad course. The small plate that Fiesta terms a salad plate is really better as a bread plate -- or brownie, cookie or hors d'oeuvres plate.

MANY USES—Messy Eaters, Serving, Minimalists…

Best everyday stackable dinner plate bowl combo. The wide shallow bowl is perfect for messy eaters, because the lipped edge both catches spills and provides a grip for easier handling—no fingers in your food. For a focused game day TV watcher place inside a rim soup bowl any smaller size bowl and surround with crackers or bread—perfect to keep food from falling off the plate during a cheer or rant. For a buffet pair the rim soup bowl with a smaller glass cheese dome to keep food warm/bug free allowing the rim to provide a spot for the serving spoon/knife to rest. For minimalist dining and serving, purchase the rim soup bowls with a few fruit/salsa bowls and bistro cereal bowls. Those few items will nest nicely together and serve the majority of your dining and serving needs, plus you will offset all the Fiesta I own.
