Simple,timeless, beautiful !
I have been fortunate in my life to experience three classic types of dinnerware the first was the blue willow gorgeous stuff my grandmother had it. Then, there was the Polish pottery which was my doing again very beautiful. Now as I'm in my later years I'm finishing up with Fiestaware which my mother loved. I can certainly see why made in America , gorgeous, simple yet they give you enough choices and I have just purchased my first two pieces and automatically I'm hooked these plates someone else mentioned are literally the perfect size honestly I really wouldn't want to go much bigger but some people like 10-in plates. I could have gone color but I like the white because it goes with anything and I have some wonderful Cape Cod depression glassware that goes fantastic with this and I'm already taking pictures of my meals as I serve them up on these plates. I love the square shape, I've always felt that square is sort of better or works better when it comes to setting a table. I hope this company will be around for another hundred years or 200 years. These dishes are tough and can be dressed up or down can't ask for much more other than please don't ever go out of business, cheers!

Our favorite meal plates
I bought 10 of these plates in five colors. We really like them for both our lunch & dinner. The edge curls up a little to hold sauce, yet the plate still loads easily into the dishwasher slots. We had been using the Fiestaware round dinner plates, and we still use those when our whole family is visiting. My husband says these new plates are his favorite ones of any plates we have used in our 40 plus years of marriage.

The Perfect Size
These luncheon plates are the perfect size for anything. Small enough to load up on appetizers, but large enough to fit a nice lunch - they're lovely. The gently sloping sides make the square plates unique and able to encapsulate squareness with roundness in a beautiful, elegant manner. The concentric lines shine through wonderfully with Fiesta's bold colors. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to spice up their otherwise round collection.
