size is not right or maybe because it shrunk

I have a very thin teenage boy, 5'10'' , 100 lb. he normally wear XS or S in adult size.So I ordered size S, However after I washed it (colder water, dried in low temp) it shrunk so much, it fits like a glove on him, it's like he was wearing a wetsuit!! so I suggest to go up at least two size if you really like this print.
