Terrible delivery and used

First of all I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and it came 6 days after I ordered it! Secondly, the bottom of the shoes are gray with dirt meaning they’ve been worn. The box also came in used condition. I am really disappointed that I paid extra just to get a late and worn pair of shoes. Don’t waste your money in Macys

dirty used sneakers

I bought these sneakers specifically for a trip. What I received was one pristine sneaker sealed in a a bag the other shoe was yellow with black specks and had clearly been worn. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing and will prevent me from making future purchases online.

too bad

I love this kind of sneakers. I like the hard sole, but too bad that 10 is the biggest size avaliable and narrow style.

Disappointing

Have worn this brand for years. No arch support. Bought to get through plantars but obviously no good for that. Will have to orthotic inserts in order to wear these- such a disappointment

Narrow and very tight by the toes

I have bought these shoes about 5 times in my 50 or so years. I must ssay these did NOT fit and still hurt my feet. Macy has the worst returns on shoes. If you wear them once they are not returnable. So I guess I will be breaking in my new converse this fall!
