Not so Great!!

I purchased this at Macy’s I am a 73 yr old female and I take excellent care of my skin . This product was burning my lids and under my eyes . Felt like my eyelids were on fire !. I did my daily skin care cleanse , tone and moisturize . However I wanted to give my and eye area a break . I did not apply any skin makeup or eye shadow . Just my usual skin moisturizer and this eye cream . WOW , my entire eye area was burning just so badly ! I don’t understand why they changed the formula . Whatever they did , they need to reverse it . I am returning this item for a refund !! I cannot recommend this product at all !

Bring Back the Old Eye Cream PLEASE!

I wanted to like the new eye cream but after 60 days I have determined it is far inferior to the previous eye cream. Not only did it burn, it was so much less moisturizing. I was surprised at how awful it made my eyes look and feel. While I have yet to find a different eye cream (the hyaluronic acid one is not moisturizing enough) for my aging eyes, I will not use this inferior product especially for the price. Please bring back the old retinol eye cream, please. First Aid Beauty is the only company that has skin care products that I love, that work and that don’t irritate my skin…until this eye cream came along. I give their other products 5 stars.

So much potential this brand had like10yrsago SIGH

Stop changing all your buyers favorite products to save money. You’re ruining your brand, I was OUT when you changed the first serum and kept the old ingredient deck up on site for over a year…. Is it still up? When I saw you did away with the retinol eye cream I just gasped like what do they have left that they haven’t ruined yet? You even ruined the hero product. The main cream. It’s not the same as it used to be. You guys and IT cosmetics should be holding hands skipping to an eminent demise… there was SOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH!!!

New formula burns and doesn’t brighten

As the title states, this new formula burns and stings and isn’t even worth it because it doesn’t brighten. The previous formula used to brighten my under eye area and leave it very moisturized, this new one dries it out and leaves it dull and tired-looking. I will be looking for a new eye cream and returning this disappointment. I’ve been using FAB products for years and they really messed up with this product revamp.

Liked the previous formula better

I wanted to love this eye cream because I was a die-hard user of the previous formula, but it pills, burns and feels gritty. I cant use it and will have to find a retinol eye cream elsewhere. I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic way to introduce Retinol into a routine

I absolutely adore this Retinol Eye Cream with Squalane + Ceramides eye cream! I have been using it daily and have had no sensitivity or reactions, even though it contains Retinol, which is notorious for being hard on sensitive skin. The fine lines around my eyes have practically disappeared & the eye area stays hydrated so my eyeshadow sits better. The results are noticeable, and a little goes a long way! I highly recommend this eye cream!

Wonderful eye cream

First Aid Beauty also has a great new retinol eye cream. The cream is Retinol Eye Cream with Squalane + Ceramides and it’s a multi action cream. The eye cream helps with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps smooth out and hydrate the eye area because it has a slow release retinol system that diminishes redness and irritation. Ever since I started using the retinol eye cream I have noticed that my eye area is hydrated, calm and show less fine lines.

Amazing eye cream for fine lines!

I bought this eye cream a week ago, and swear I already see results! It absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy residue, and I can feel it working almost instantly. I would highly recommend this product, as well as any other product, from First Aid!
