Hyper-hydrating for eczema

I absolutely love this product. I use with my kids who are pretty bad eczema. We had tried everything from steroids, Aquaphor, Prograf, oatmeal baths, acupuncture. Nothing was helping until we started using the Ultra Cream. It keeps my kids’ skin hyper-hydrated but not sticky. It’s expensive for a bottle though.

Great Product with Worthless Pump

The lotion is great but the pump absolutely DOES NOT WORK! For this reason alone I will not purchase this product again. First Aid Beauty - You need to go back to the drawing board on this dispenser!

Great lotion, crap pump.

I love this lotion so much! The smell is minimal, it’s not greasy, it sinks in well, and it’s not too thick for summer use. I hate that the pump never works. Every time I buy this the pump doesn’t work and I end up throwing it out and replacing it with a flip top from a different company’s lotion. If the pump worked or they added a flip top, I’d give this lotion 5 stars. I wish I could buy it in a larger bottle, too.

Disappointed w/ Pump Dispenser

I purchased this today and was excited to try as it was highly recommended. To my disappointment I was not able to get the pump to work and tried the suggestion in the previous reviews but cannot get the pump to work. I guess I could return and exchange but as mentioned in other reviews not worth the time. Certainly will test the pump in the future if I buy again.

Bad Pump Issue

I got one shipment the other day and the pump didn't pop up and just got another one and it doesn't work either. This is really irritating. Cleary there is something wrong with this batch of dispensers. I can't believe this.

Water-like texture

definitely like the Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration so much better. it still hydrates but not as well, and it's too liquid-y for me.
