Does not Hydrate or repair lips
I have really chapped lips and based on how it's advertised, I assumed the product would work really well with dry lips. Unfortunately, that was not the case, the product did not work as told, even where my lips were not dry this lip balm would cause my lips to get dry up. It is advertised as "needed to hydrate lips" but it had the opposite result along with that it mentioned that it helps repair your lips which I feel did not do it. I am very disappointed in this product

Good product, bad container
I really liked this product, but don't like the stick version. It melts, gets stuck in the cap, and when you get down to the plastic piece you can't get the rest of the product out. Please go back to the round jar!!

Not a good change
This iteration is nothing like the original. It was so popular I can’t believe the company chose to replace it. The original stays moist all night. What a shame!

So sad. Bring back the original!
This was hands doen the BEST lip balm. I dont know who uou desig team is but they should all be replaced. Here is some feedback. This formula does not work as well. The new design melts on hot days when you need it the most. That is why we buy the tubes. The new packaging desing is not great for pockets. The new packaging design looks like something a 4 year old would use. Really? Please bring back the old formula and tube!

Bring the old one back
I get extremely and badly chapped lips. This thing DOES NOT WORK. I’m still holding onto my last ultra repair lip therapy balm. It’s almost out and I’m suffering because I cannot find another one. Please bring it back! That was THE LIP BALM

Does not compare to Ultra Repair Lip Therapy
For the love of all that is good, why in the world would you discontinue the Ultra Repair Lip Therapy?!?? It was literally the lip repair product on the market. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

Not like the old one!
I regularly bought the Lip Therapy and had a tube everywhere--purse, backpack, bathroom, bedside, work. I had noticed recent quality of Lip Therapy was declining. It was either so thick it wouldn't squeeze out of the tube or so thin it came out like oil. I tried this new Lip Balm, and the quality of the actual balm is OK, but the product in the tube is hollow. Once you reach the hollow part, which isn't very far down, it collapses and is really awkward to use--not to mention that it's missing a lot of product you would have expected based on the size of the container. I doubt this will last me a month, and I won't be ordering it again.

The best lip balm
This is my favorite lip balm. I keep one by my bed and one in the bathroom but it seems as though it’s. It being made anymore. I’m really hoping it comes back because I’m a huge fan and I’ve even given it as a gift because I love it so much.
