A balm that actually works

Finally, a lip balm that doesn't dry me out or require frequent re-application and actually does what it's supposed to. I'd previously been a user of Blistex 5 star and vaseline's lip treatments, but neither of them work as long, feel as smooth, or improve my lips like this does. My only complaint is the packaging - I wish it didn't have that little plastic dome over the balm - it seems excessive and wasteful. Otherwise I love this.

It's decent, but not nearly as good as the ultra repair lip therapy. BRING BACK THE ULTRA REAPIR LIP THERAPY. That stuff was a holy grail product.

Don’t buy

Thought this product would be the same as the previous lip repair .. boy was I wrong. This product dried my lips so bad. Please bring back the previous item, it’s the only product that’s helped me out. I just lost the last tube I had 😩.

TERRIBLE- Bring back the OG intensive balm

Do not buy this! It will make your lips worse. I am not sure how it even has 4 stars. I bought the 3 pack hoping that the intensive lip balm was just repackaged. I did not realize it was discontinued. I will literally give away the other 2 sticks because this is a big NO for me! This stuff dries your lips out even more and makes you have to reapply it constantly or completely use something else. I still have the good intensive lip balm but almost out. It is a much thicker texture and really moisturizes and the slight minty-ness really calms down the lips when they are really dry. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OG INTENSIVE LIP BALM! Why change a good thing?! Everything I fall in love with gets discontinued, beyond disappointed.

Nothing compared to the discontinued balm

The Ultra Repair Lip Therapy was so good and I was so upset when it was discontinued. Figured I would try this anyway. Wrong. It's got nothing on my fav. I have one tube left and I save it for when my lips are in really bad shape, like right now. I put it on and instantly feel better. Please, PLEASE bring it back!

Would not recommend or buy again

I’ve been so disappointed in this. I was hoping it was the same as the product they used to have in a tube. This one smells odd to me and over the last 12 months the smell and texture have changed. It never felt like it was doing more than just putting a plain layer of balm on. I didn’t wake up with hydrated lips or notice chapping being alleviated. I wish I hadn’t bought it and am so annoyed by it that I felt motivated to go write a review.

Bring Back the Old 10g Pots

Disappointed that FAB discontinued the ultra repair intensive lip balm in the 19g pot and reformulated/repackaged it. This new version makes my lips more chapped—none of the magic of the original. Please bring it back! My chapped lips need it desperately—especially after use the new product for 3 months.
