missing item

my order should be a set of three items, but when I picked it from the store, I received only two items with the pants missing. I contacted customer support, they generated a return ticket, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me since Tuesday. I don't want a return ticket; I want the pants for my order as it is still in stock!!
