Baby gift

These items were sent to me instead of to my niece in Virginia. I put her address and the items came to me. These items will be sent back to Macy’s. I am so disappointed. I called customer service to have them re route the order but they said that they couldn’t. Now I have to do all of this extra work to send these items back because I’m not going to spend money extra to have them sent to where they were supposed to go and delivery was actually free.
