WRONG ITEM, DISAPPOINTED

I was very excited to get this item for my baby. When I get to the store to pick it up I open my package and saw that it wasn’t the correct item. I’m so upset and disappointed. I’m never ordering from Macy’s again.

Very Long Arms

Bought as a gift for a 4 month old and really liked the double zipper design, fold over hand covers and booties detach to accommodate growth. However the arms are extremely long and not functional for 3-6 month old. I am disappointed and will be returning.

Terrible

Terrible service. They keep delaying the shipment. All promised deadlines have already passed, and UPS still hasn’t even received my order from them. Meanwhile, they send me emails every other day saying the shipment is delayed — as if I’m not already aware of that. I don’t need emails stating the obvious. Just ship my order already
