Doordash now

Macy’s the new doordash could be convenient if the customer had a heads up that it was being delivered by doordash. Never received 3 items for Easter due to doordash and now I have to put a claim with them? I’m not the one who asked for doordash delivery but I’m at fault for the lack of service. Now I don’t have my 3 items for Easter with no return because it says it was delivered! I’m an unhappy customer!
