Complaint about your Store Mgr.

Your store manager at Northlake Mall,Charlotte NC Nick lack of courtesy, professionalism and respect. As I was returning some of purchased baby clothes due to their size and replacing them by a bigger size, he refused categorically to return them despite that we had your Macy’s receipt, pretending that the tags aren’t there. The same goods were on display in your racks in the store. In addition to that when we wanted to buy new baby clothes & ask him to use the star awards balance in our A/C he pretended wrongly that we didn’t have any balance. After showing him the email from Macy’s confirming the star awards balance and arguing with him for more than 15 minutes he confirmed our balance and used it for the new purchases. I wouldn’t recommend such a person to be in charge of your store as he gives a bad impression of your customer service and the way your staff handles their customers. I will hesitate to buy from your store again and definitely recommend my friends & family to buy somewhere else.
