I would like to take a moment to commend one of your team members, Rosa for providing exceptional customer service during my visit to your Bolingbrook Macy's store on 10/22. From the moment I approached the register, Rosa was courteous and friendly. Rosa listened intently to my comment about not finding the right gift bag and tissue paper for the gifts I was buying - a beautiful baby blanket and toy.
