Other occasion to buy:I. Brought for Palmer her birthday she is. Just one and she had one so they have return it i called the customer service phone to tell them to cancel they told me they couldn’t cancel now they have to take them all back

Not happpy with Macy store they sent three out now

Damaged item

Product was returned. The person who picked the item to ship, sent me a product that looked like someone had already returned the box. The product when received, had brown tape that was not from its original packaging holding the box together. The Macys store where this originally shipped from needs to do a better quality check and not continue to send damaged products, when clearly this was. The person that picked the item to ship and person that okayed the item to ship need to be reviewed. This isn't acceptable.

Interactive playhouse

Fisher-Price playhouse is super cute and keeps my 16 month old grandson busy with all of its different interactive components. He loves opening and closing the door. Unfortunately the set had two of the same roof pieces so I couldn't assemble playhouse completely. Macy's offered a refund or they would've sent a replacement..I chose the refund.

Never delivered

I ordered the play set from Macy’s because the delivery date was anticipated as before Christmas. I received an email that the play set was delivered on 12.22. The play set never arrived. There is no photo evidence of the delivery.

Great toy.

What a great toy. A child can really use their imagination with this one. The shark front is cool. This will be fun for hour of play

Fisher-Price® Laugh & Learn® Ultimate Playhouse

Got this toy for my children Christmas gift and it came missing part “4” to the roof. The kids love it but it looks janky . I submitted a case to hopefully get a replacement part sent. Super bummed brand new toy and it came from the warehouse with missing pieces.

Could be better

Missing parts, some of the parts have same number. The screws for rhe roof are way to short.
