Maybe a dud?

I wanted to love this. My son got it for Christmas and it’s been sitting in his room unused because he wasnt old enough to use it. I tried to turn it on now that he’s 6 months old and it doesn’t work, I’ve tried multiple batteries but it’s a dud. We’re so disappointed. We have the Sloth and that works fine. I was so excited to have them interact and it won’t even turn on :(

Penguin

This was a for my granddaughter.She loved it! It worked great for a month or so. It stopped moving , it does everything else. Since it was a gift I do not have a receipt and cannot return it.

it stopped moving

After buying this it only moved side to side maybe for about a month. I changed the batteries thinking maybe that would fix the problem but it didn't. It plays but it doesn't move at all.
