Polar bear play
The toy is engaging, but think would be most suitable for under 3. My 3 year old liked the sounds/music, but it didn't keep him interested for too long as he is already familiar with the included shapes and colors. He picked it up a few times to play after receiving, but not for long after. The animal design is playful and included a moon and pentagon shapes, which all younger children might not be exposed to through other toys. The product is likea puzzle with putting the shapes in the correct spot, which is good for hand coordination. I liked that you can push the question mark button and the child is prompted to find the correct shape or color.

Great toy for infants and toddlers
Links great with other linkables. We have 8 of them and no issues. I feel like a new song is added every time we add one to my son’s collection. Recommend linkables to anyone who asks for a gift idea for infants to toddlers

Overall fun shape toy
So we recieved the Linkimals Geo Shape Polar Bear, kids were excited to open it up. Big kids were like, oh that's cool. Four year old thinks it's fun, but doesn't keep interest for long. He specifically pointed out to me that the eyes change color to match the shape when it is put in place, and he likes the music to dance. He wished it had a handle though to carry it by and that it would stand up on a plush surface, like the couch. He also commented to me that he wished it had something to do on back, pictures or another place to put the shapes. I like that it is colorful, lightweight and has secondary shapes. It has a 2 volume setting which is always welcome, but the first setting is very low, my kids were having trouble hearing and then the second setting is very loud and the character voice then echos slightly, so the words mash together making it difficult to understand the directions. The shapes are two sided; one has the color word imprinted and the other has a number molded in. In all our playtime so far though, we haven't had it ask anything about numbers? We don't have any other Linkimals at the moment so we did not get to test it's linking function. Over all a fun little toy for toddlers and preschoolers. Side note - Our 2 year old won't touch it! I have no clue why, we've tried on several occassions over the past month and everytime he gets very upset and violently pushes it away.

Fun and Interactive!
My kids adore this Linkimal toy. My baby who is 9 months old is fascinated by it. My 3 year old and I use it to learn about shapes. The shapes are the perfect size for a toddler's hand. The colors are vibrant and the toy is durable.
