Launcher Ejects to Early

The launcher ejects too early!!! After looking multiple times it appears there are no replacement parts…. Very frustrating!!! I don’t recommend this!!

Terrible Launcher - better off without it

The launcher doesnt work. Its constantly gets stuck in the wind-up phase and it takes a very hard shake for it to release. I had high hope for this as we have two other sets so it would have been perfect to connect with others but this one is just a very poorly designed product. DO NOT BUY.

Extremely fun set

This will keep kids entertained for long periods. Can use all engines so by any children's favourites old or new. The children didn't want to stop playing when time to say goodbye.

Would be Awesome If it didn’t Break

We got this for our kids (3 yo twins), and the loop/lever stopped working after about 10 uses. We’ve tried multiple repairs, and nothing works permanently.

Great When it worked!

I brought this for my 4 year old son about a month ago. His level that sends the trains through the loop only worked for about a week. We have collected all the tracks and this one was his favorite; however, it doesn't work anymore. Furthermore, we have called the Customer Support number with no help.

Red Lever broke in half

I bought this set for my son's friend as a gift. After setting up the track, they played with it for a bit and loved watching Thomas go around the loop. Some time later my son pressed on the red handle and it easily broke in half. I was surprised since the toy is brand new and he used it properly. Aside from this incident, it's a very nice track and they had fun playing with it. Is there a number I can call for a replacement part?

Dangerous

I’m not sure how this passed any safety tests. The launcher snaps so quickly and if your not far away from the track you risk getting hit by the handle or launching pieces. My son has gotten hurt many times.

Launcher broke after 10 minutes of play :(

It’s a cool train set but durability seems to be a little lacking. Launcher broke after 10 minutes of playtime leading to a very disappointed little kid.
