They broke and Fiskar will not reply to warranty

I bought these grass shears and they were great for trimming until they broke. The spring at the top of the handle broke in half, now the shears do not open back up. I have to use my other hand to pull down and open them up. I filed the online warranty claim over 9 weeks ago now and have yet to even receive a response nevermind a new item. I tried responding back to the automated email they sent after filing out the claim and they still wont respond. There is no way to even contact them directly. All the online forms say 6-7 weeks to get a response, and they still havent responded.

Warranty is currently working on claims submitted 6/7/25. If your claim was submitted after that date, it hasn't been reviewed yet. This is due to an error that occurred during a recent software transition that caused a backlog.

Excellent product

I have been using this excellent product for about five years. Unfortunately, I snipped a small piece of a branch, which broke. I am looking to get another one.

Easy, comfortable to use

I bought this product over 5 years ago and has lasted and performed beautifully until just this spring! Now that it's out of stock, I wish I had bought 2 all those years ago! My yard needs a little TLC and I and would like to use in my yard today. Since I bought this product I have given away all my other lawn shears since this shear is easy to use and I don't have to crawl around on my arthritis knees.

Poorly made

Used it for 5 minutes and it broke. Tried to reconnect it but too complicated.
