TOO HARD TO SET UP! I JUST WANT TO RETURN IT!

I don't think Macy's could improve anything, but Fitbit she needs help. They need to provide step by step instructions in the packaging, instead of directing people to a website that does not make any sense. I have already spent 2 hours on the Fitbit website trying to set this up, finally I had to just walk away before I broke something. I'll try again when I am calmer or maybe just return it. I really don't think it's worth the frustration.

Great Purchase

purchased this fitbit for my grand daughter at a great price. I received quickly at a great sale price but have not yet opened the box because it is part of her Chrismas. I think she will be very excited

Great kid watch

My son loves it. He won’t take it off. He likes how it counts his steps and summarizes his daily activities. Easy to set it up and install on ur iPad.

Nice and easy to use for kids

I got this Fit bit watch for my 9 y.o. son. He didn't like it at first :/ but now he loves it. I downloaded the app on his iPad and my cellphone to keep track of his activities. It's a great motivator to keep him moving an achieve goals. This are the characteristics/pros: It's made of rubber and it's water proof. It doesn't have a gps so it must be sync by placing the devices together (cellphone and watch). The charger has a strong magnet and keeps the watch in place while charging. I would prefer having a longer charger, at least 1 meter long. This activity tracker keeps track of steps, calories burnt, distance walked, sleep time, movements every hour, how much water he drank. It has nice challenges that can be added with the app. Kids can add friends and see what they have done. The app is friendly for kids. Overall is a nice tracker. I do recommend it for kids.
