Terrible quality,comes in crumbs

Do not get this set. Despite the appealing idea and price, the quality is terrible. The pieces arrive chipped or crumbling, and even intact items break after the first wash.

Worsr delivery

It seemed promising but it took a long time to arive and when it did most of it was shattered and it had been thrown on doorstep, literly. I dicided to return it but even i after i got my recipt i never got my refund. This was my worst experience online. So i would luke to either get my money back or send me the item in perfect condition.

Poor

I received these items mostly broken . I called twice the customer service twice the first one who I spoke with on 8/30/25 was Robert stated that I will get a refund in 48 hours and I will receive an email but never happens. On 9/3/25 I called again coz my refund did not appear in my account and no email. I was told that it has to be reviewed in 5-7 days. This is unfortunate that I did not have the chance yo open this package due to Drs appt. And recent eye procedure. I think this is not so fair that I am not given a chance to receive a replacement or a refund . I am a PLATINUM Member . I am not happy with this kind of Treatment towards to an Excellent Client like Me . This is very Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Not giving recommendation .
