Refreshing the Asian Palate

This beautiful book reminds us all of the diversity and inclusivity of Asian cuisine. Although some of Punyaratabandhu’s recipes are traditional and well-known, many of them reflect the vibrancy and unexpected melting pot of flavors and can be accommodated by the Asian grill. The photos are enticing, variety of dishes are impressive, and the section on side dishes and desserts is inventive and inspired. Thank you for sharing the free book to review, Ten Speed Press!
