Disappointed

Very disappointed in this chair. There was a staple on the outside fabric of the chair and the seat coution didn’t fit properly. The chair is very stiff and uncomfortable. Macys was to have a company come out to look at the chair however the company never contacted me. I decided to return the chair’s and not only did I not get my shipping fee returned, I’m also being charged a restocking fee. I’ve been a Macys customer for over 30 years and I felt these fees should have been waived.

Cute, but uncomfortable

The chair is super cute, but not very comfy. The seat cushion is very stiff.

I am really surprised that the quality of this chair is so cheaply made. The legs which are part steel and wood which screw on to the bottom exposes the steel by at least two inches. When I sit in the chair my feet don't touch the floor. The cushion is so hard. Needless to say I'm returning the chair.
