thin fabric full of dye

for the price I was expecting higher quality this is hand wash only and I have had to wash it multiple ties to remove dye it ruined my white sheets I also bought the matching cami set and same issue this was my first purchase from this brand and the last. the only thing I liked was the heart lace. I ordered black . size was true.

DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS

Every single time I purchase from Macy’s.com my order is either wrong or lost. Purchased this for my wedding set and the first time they sent me the wrong items in the wrong sizes, then the second package never got delivered for my big day. Not worth it, shop somewhere else. So so disappointed.

I would like to know if you can make an exception.

This products does not look delicate. My daughter is getting married on 4/ and I bought this gown for her and many other things. it doesn’t look good the lace look yellowed and light brownish. I wanted another style it. The manager didn’t event wanted to talke to me. Poor service, poor quality.
