Gift slip debacles

I love the item that I purchased, however the customer service has been awful. I actually had to buy a duplicate of my order so that I could receive a gift slip with it. Which means I have to go to the store to return the first order. After doing this I still did not receive a gift slip. This item is a gift and I need to have a gift slip incase of return. I actually called and talked to someone who did the second order for me to get the gift slip. I am very disappointed that it was NOT included.
