Only received top

Received my order but it only contained the top, no bottoms in bag. The top was not folded, it was unbuttoned, and there was a staple where something was stapled to the tag. The tag clearly says "two pieces" but only the top was in the bag. Based on the quality of the packing and the missing piece I am done shopping with Macys.
