Not as Shown

We have purchased these exact shoes for years…ALWAYS exactly as shown and Always excellent workmanship and comfort. However this year we received a different shoe. We returned the first pair and reordered the shoes shown on the website. The second pair came and is still not the beautiful ombré or Two-toned shoes shown. We received a solid burgandy shoe. The inside heel part of one shoe poked out and was uneven…caused a big bloody blister after wearing them to church. I do not recommend ordering these online because what you see is Not what you get. IF you can get the shoes advertised, they are spectacular. Other than that I’d pass on these.

Horrible!

Ordered these shoes on 08/11, 10/01 the soles wear out! Inside shoes still look new, but underneath the soles are completely worn! Awful

Disappointed

The loafer has an aesthetic quality; however, the workmanship is less than expected. The first pair arrived; this is what I noticed: The thread that binds the shoe was raveling and had separated from the shoe. I returned the loafer for a different pair. The second pair arrived; I wore them only once, when I noticed the thread that secures the top of the leather to the side leather was loose and not secure. If I position my finger inside the shoe and push slightly, I can see my finger from the outside of the shoe, which means the thread that holds the side and top leather together is not sewn tightly. Again, this happened after a few hours of wearing. I plan to return and exchange the shoe this week for the third and final pair.

hoping these work

I ordered a size 12 but they felt like size 11. I like Florsheim shoes a lot so I hope the swap works out
