Looked and felt like plastic. Soul was thin and flimsy. A very weird color. Not even close to the product shown on the website. I immediately contacted Macy’s to return them, got a shipping label, and sent them back. It’s been over 3 weeks and Macys still hasn’t credited the purchase back to my card for the return.

Was looking for a pair of 'dressier' all black shoes to wear to a black-tie work function. I have more casual Cole Haan dress shoes that weren't going to cut it, but I wanted to something just as comfortable. These Florsheims were just the ticket. Ordered in my usual wide size, and these fit perfectly. These provide as much all-day comfort as you can expect from a pair of shoes that look formal but great. Highly recommended.
