Great pair of boots

A favorite pair of the many that I have. My current pair is almost wore out so ordered another set!

Bad service! Used boots! wrong box!

To start, when I picked up the boots at Macy's, it turned out that they came in a Dockers box, not a Florsheim box. It turns out that they gave me the boots that they use as floor samples. They were super used, scratched, and even had their laces untied and no paper or anything inside. I returned them right there. I'm so disappointed that they gave me that service. Unfortunately is not the first time macys do that I will order an another store from now on

Poor Quality

After a week of wear, threads stared coming out & soles started ripping out. Super disappointed.

Disposable

Bought these boots for my son in laws birthday late January 2024. He wears them for an office job and the stitching has given out around the sole. The quality isn't like it used to be. Very disappointed.

Great quality

I'm not a person who buy shoes without trying first, but as the price and the size was right I took my chances. I'm very happy with this pair of boots, they really are awesome.

disappointed

I have been looking for these shoes for a very long time now. Received them today and was sent a returned pair. The box still have Christmas wrapping on the outside. The shoes were scuffed and scratched all over. And no help from customer support either
