Never Received. UPS shipping problem.

Ordered and never delivered. UPS tracker showed order was shipped UPS Ground to California, then returned to original shipper because USP Ground does a not deliver to Hawaii. Requested replacement shoes, and again UPS Ground returned the package from west coast to the original shipper. Macys.com did not have any delivery restrictions on product specification that it cannot be shipped to Hawaii. Most of my other Macys orders are shipped from mainland by UPS Priority without problems. Don’t know why there’s a problem getting this pair of shoes delivered. If Macys.com cannot deliver to Hawaii, then a notation should be added to shoe’s description on Macys website. Took many attempts to reach a LIVE PERSON on Macy’s customer service chat line. Agent said they have no control on how deliveries are shipped! So if you live in Hawaii, don’t order this shoe because you will not receive it if the shipper continues to use UPS Ground services!

Comfortable and sharp looking shoes that stand the test of time. These are about my 4th pair. Tell Flourshime to keep it up.

Cracking Soles

I have an older pair of these and would rate them on the extreme low end. Mine too developed cracks on the soles.
